European Lightweight Cable Tray Supplier

Trayco, DKC Europe, Eurotray, and Eurostrut are leading European suppliers of lightweight cable tray systems suitable for industrial and commercial applications.

Key European Suppliers

Trayco specializes in lightweight cable trays with integrated ends, designed for ease of assembly and increased capacity, offering up to 50% more space in certain applications compared to other brands. Their products are ideal for projects where weight reduction and installation efficiency are critical.

DK

C Europe provides a comprehensive range of cable tray systems for civil and industrial infrastructures, including perforated and ladder-type trays. They focus on durability, compliance with EU standards, and adaptability for various environments. Eurotray offers cable management systems designed for heavier cable loads while maintaining practical solutions for vertical and raised floor applications.

Their trays are suitable for data centers, food manufacturing plants, and industrial installations, with options in galvanized, aluminum, and coated finishes. Eurostrut manufactures hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel trays, emphasizing strength, durability, and fast installation. Their open or perforated designs help prevent overheating and allow flexible configurations for indoor and outdoor use.

Considerations for EU Projects

When selecting lightweight cable trays in Europe, ensure the products: Comply with EN 61537 and other relevant EU standards for safety and performance.

Meet CP

R (Construction Products Regulation) requirements with a defined Euroclass for fire reaction. Offer corrosion protection according to EN ISO 1461 for galvanized trays or appropriate stainless steel grades (AISI 304/316). Include a Declaration of Performance (DoP) for EU market compliance.

These companies provide solutions suitable for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, balancing lightweight design, durability, and regulatory compliance. For specialized applications, such as extreme environments or high cable density, Trayco and Eurotray offer tailored lightweight options.
